The team
Pierre FATON
Pierre is attorney at the Paris Bar.
​
After French-German studies partially completed in Munich and a background in European business law, he subsequently specialized in intellectual property, in particular within the Master II Propriété Industrielle of the University Paris II Panthéon Assas.
​
As part of his career, Pierre has practiced in various structures (Jurisdiction, Luxury Goods companies, etc.).
​
He was then in charge of the Intellectual Property department in a French-German law firm where he also worked on other legal issues, within a trilingual context.
​
Pierre is also a great music lover as he is the author-composer of numerous songs. His passion allows him to be particularly sensitive to the needs of his artist clients.
​
He is a member of the APRAM (Association of Practitioners in Trademark and Design Law), the INTA (International Trademark Association) and the GRUR (German Association of Intellectual Property).

Arnaud Lellinger
Arnaud is attorney at the Paris Bar.
After an experience in the technical department of distinctive signs of the African Intellectual Property Organization in Yaoundé, Arnaud worked for several years in a Parisian law firm renowned for its practice in Intellectual Property. This experience led him to work on complex cases involving a cross-border context, as well as assisting his clients in other areas of law.
Arnaud has been a lecturer at the University of Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée in labor law since 2015, and lecturer in geographical indications law at the IEDES of Paris 1 since 2020.
He is member of several professional associations, including the Geographical Indications Commission of the ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), the APRAM (Association des Praticiens en Droit des Marques et Modèles) and the AIDV (Wine law Association).
Arnaud is also passionate about works of art and antiques. As a keen collector, he insatiably scours auction rooms and other antique and flea markets in search of rare pieces of art.
